We offer delivery services within Bangladesh. Currently, we do not provide international shipping, but we are working towards expanding our delivery services in the future.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be able to view the shipping cost at the checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, deliveries within Dhaka City take between 2-4 business days, while deliveries to other regions may take up to 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or logistical issues.
5. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship to PO boxes or restricted areas. If your shipping address falls under such categories, we may contact you for an alternative address.
8. Shipping Delays:
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be unforeseen circumstances that cause delays. If your order is delayed, we will inform you via email or phone and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments:
In the rare event that your order is damaged during transit or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, or within 7 days if your package hasn’t arrived. We will investigate the issue and assist in providing a replacement or refund.
