1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product size does not match (if applicable)

  • The product is unused and in original condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Discounted or clearance sale products (unless defective)


3. Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact us with your order details

 

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or video proof (if damaged/defective)

After verification, we will confirm the return request.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refund will be sent via Mobile Banking / Bank Transfer / Original Payment Method


5. Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or wrong item delivered, we will offer:

  • Replacement, or

  • Full refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Replacement delivery time may vary depending on product availability.


6. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), FeetXBD will cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to customer choice (size change, change of mind), customer must pay return shipping cost


7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange for size or model (if available).
Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery.


8. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
If the order is already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
